In December, as we were looking at the 2019 budget and goals for the ministry, our human eyes saw cut-backs, but God’s eyes saw opportunities! Thank you for your support and encouragement of this ministry – we definitely could not be doing any of this without you. The equipping of Pastors, the sharing of the Good News and the humanitarian support that we are doing in Zambia is made possible through YOUR prayers and YOUR generous support. We humbly thank you for this opportunity to serve our Lord in this capacity.
Your 2018 New Hope tax receipts for Beautiful Feet Ministries, have been emailed out on Feb 17th (if we have your email address). Otherwise, a copy of your receipt was mailed out the week of Feb 18, 2019.

We are pleased to report that only 4.25% of donations goes to administration costs – CRA compliance and receipting done by New Hope Miramichi.

* Shipped a 40’ container of resources in Jan 2018
* Purchased & imported 2 used Honda CRV’s for Pastor Luke & Iwell to minister to the new churches in the remote regions of the Eastern province in Zambia
* 2 mission trips to Zambia – April & October focusing on equipping pastors, evangelism & church planting
* Planted 83 new churches, as a result of evangelistic crusades in remote villages
* Helped fund 60 church buildings
* Thousands accepting Christ as their personal Saviour and hundreds Baptized
* Many opportunities to share about Beautiful Feet Ministries to local groups and churches
At this time, we have NO paid staff here in Canada nor in Zambia. While this helps to keep our expenses to a minimum, we are anticipating the need to bring in a staff member in Zambia, to assist as a church overseer, discipleship trainer and evangelist to the growing number of churches. Please pray for wisdom and direction in this area, as we seek to fulfill this need.
Our current container, shipped out in late January 2019 and is somewhere on the Atlantic Ocean!
PLEASE PRAY THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE IN TIME FOR OUR NEXT MISSION!! The container included:
DRIED VEGETABLE MIX – 5,760 LB;
DRIED BEANS – 6,000 LB; DRIED APPLES – 1,275 LB
Medical/HYGIENE supplies – 1,510 LB;
Pillowcase dresses, suits, blankets, fabric – 3,839 LB;
SCHOOL SUPPLIES – 956 LB; BOOKS (including 1000 Reformation Study Bibles, 500 Bible dictionaries, & 3500 commentaries from Gospel coalition & 10,000 discipleship training booklets) – 20,373 LB;
BOOKS from Christian Salvage – 15,705 LB.
Total of 54,000 lbs – Praise the LORD!!
Thanks to Ontario Christian Gleaners for assisting in storage and loading ½ of the container and Christian Salvage for loading the other half. We hope to ship our next container in January 2020 and will be collecting Bibles, commentaries, Sunday School material, devotionals, fabric, sewing supplies, pillowcase dresses and blankets.
The Dynamic Church International discipleship training booklets, that we shipped, are used for the new Believers to take this training, earn a certificate at the end of the course and then encouraged to share the booklet with their family, friends and neighbors. We used up the 2,000 booklets that we sent over last year and had to print another 5,000 in English and 5,000 in Chewa. Book #2 of the series is currently being translated into Chewa and we are praying that it will be ready for printing this fall.
The sewing clubs that were started in Zambia are doing really well. Many ladies are attending and are also hearing the Gospel message. We get reports from Noriah, Pastor Luke’s wife, who leads 3 sewing clubs, that there are ladies coming to Christ on a regular basis! These ladies are learning a trade/skill that is profitable to both themselves and their families. We hope to purchase a sewing Serger for the clubs on the next mission trip in April. These clubs hope to have 500 washable feminine hygiene kits ready for Beautiful Feet ministries to purchase at $2.75 Cdn. per kit, for distribution to school girls in remote villages.
Opportunities exist to expand into a second African country. While these invitations are intriguing – the start up cost for a new country would be about $40,000. This would include shipping in a container of resources and provide for a 4-week mission trip. If this is a project that you would like to support – please indicate on the attached response form. When we have funds in place, Lord willing, we will move on this project.
We need your help with expanding our support base. Please feel free to share our newsletters with others. Have them email or phone us and we can add them to our newsletter mailing list. If you have a church group or Bible study group, we would love to do a presentation to the group.
Our Next Mission Trip is Scheduled for April 6 – May 3, 2019.
We are privileged to have the National Director and Regional Director from Dynamic Church International, from Kenya, attend our Pastor’s conferences. Our tentative schedule is as follows:

April 14 – Sunday Ministry in Churches

April 18 – Ndola Ministerial DCI Conference
April 19-20 – Ministry Ndola or Lusaka
April 21 – Easter Services, Lusaka/Chongwe.
April 21 – Reload Resources and drive to Chipata
April 22-24/25 – Chipata Pastors DCI Conference
April 25-30 – Crusades and Church Planting
May 2 – Clair leaves from Lusaka
